We are excited to announce winners of the 4th annual Party Farm Songwriting Contest! 🏆Meghan Sheehy and Ryan Ceresola 🎼 with their song, "Unavoidable Dance."
This year was quite difficult to pick a winner because of the volume of exceptional entries we received, but as is usually the case, this one got stuck in our heads early on.
Hailing from Mississippi and Washington originally and respectively, Meghan Sheehy and Ryan Ceresola have been proud citizens of Oneonta, NY since 2016. Meghan's primary instrument is French horn, she is a regular performer for orchestras in the Oneonta/Albany area, and she has played Carnegie Hall twice! Ryan plays drums with his dirtbag buddies in Oneonta-based rock band Jump the Shark, writes songs with other folks from Bushel collective in Delhi, NY, and has sat in the audience of Carnegie Hall once! In addition to making music, Meghan and Ryan have made a 5-year old kid, who tolerates his parents' noise pretty good.
The song is a bop and we can't wait to work with Meghan and Ryan!
