Today marks the 16 year anniversary of Jim Duckett’s unsolved murder. We must keep demanding answers and accountability from The Kentucky State Police.

We are not giving up, we are not moving on. We continue, alongside Jim’s family, to seek Justice for Jim, and we hope you will too.

Jim would have turned 59 years old today. Jim was extremely kind, he was a hard worker, and loved his family immensely. His murder is still unsolved. Today of all days, please reach out and demand action from the Kentucky State Police in his case. Reach out to news organizations to cover Jim’s case again, especially with the 16 year anniversary coming up this fall. We won’t forget him, and we hope you won’t either.

2 years before Jim Duckett was murdered in 2008, an acquaintance of his used Jim’s debit card to steal money from his bank account.

This same acquaintance was also convicted of aggravated battery with the use of a deadly weapon back in the year 2000. During that incident, the victim of the battery was stabbed 6 times in the torso…and the throat.

Fast forward to 2008 during the night of Jim’s murder. Jim’s debit card is stolen.. and he is stabbed multiple times, including in the throat. Could the same acquaintance be responsible for both crimes?
