Dear Esteemed Members, Alumni, and Friends,

Greetings from Alpha Kappa Rho - Rho Nu Chapter and Alumni!

We are writing to you today with immense pride and anticipation as we approach a significant milestone: the 35th Founding Anniversary of Alpha Kappa Rho - Rho Nu Chapter, which we will be celebrating on May 3, 2025. This occasion marks over three decades of brotherhood/sisterhood, service, and shared memories.

As we plan for this momentous celebration, the officers of the Rho Nu Chapter, in conjunction with the Alumni officers, have made a difficult but necessary decision regarding the event's attendance. After careful consideration and agreement with the majority, we have decided to implement an invite-only policy for the anniversary celebration.

This decision was primarily driven by two crucial factors: a very tight budget allocated for the event and, more importantly, the need to ensure the safety and security of all attendees by avoiding any potential untoward incidents that may arise from an open invitation.

We understand that this policy may cause disappointment for those who wish to join us in celebrating this special day, and for that, we sincerely apologize. It is with a heavy heart that we cannot accommodate everyone we would have loved to share this milestone with.

We humbly ask for your kind understanding and consideration on this matter. Our priority is to host a meaningful and safe event within our means, honoring the legacy of our chapter.

We cherish the bond we share with each of you and hope that even if you cannot be physically present, you will celebrate with us in spirit.
