Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help locating Missing At-Risk Juvenile Brianna Clark. She is a 15 year-old Black female, who was last seen on July 4th, 2025 at approximately 10:30 AM on the 36000 block of Snapdragon Court in the city of Palmdale.

Brianna is 5’06" tall, 115 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt, black pants and no shoes or socks.

The missing juvenile’s family is concerned for her well-being and asking for the public's help.

ICE's presence in Los Angeles County and the protests that followed dominated headlines this week. I want to be clear on my stance: I support the rule of law. We need sensible cooperation between federal and local authorities. Immigration enforcement should be orderly. Local law enforcement officers are under immense pressure and deserve our respect, and I stand with our local men and women in uniform.

Meanwhile, I believe that peaceful protest is a cornerstone of our democracy. But, blocking streets, threatening law enforcement, and damaging property is not protest, it's disorder. Ensuring constitutional rights and maintaining public order can and should go hand in hand. We must reject extremes, whether that's blanket policies that shield dangerous individuals or fear-driven narratives that hurt families.
