🌱 Mamma C’s Garden — Growing With the Seasons ❄️

If you’ve been following Mamma C’s Garden, you already know I grow — indoors, outdoors, and straight into the kitchen 🌿

This season, I’m adding something new: winter sowing in jugs.
Here in Michigan, late December through February is the perfect time to start winter sowing. Cold nights, snow, and slow spring warm-ups help create strong, resilient seedlings ready for life outside.

This is how Mamma C’s Garden grows — season by season, learning as we go, and turning each harvest into something delicious and preservable. By fall, the goal is full shelves, jars ready, and making the most of the harvest we’ve grown 🌿🤍

We had such a fun time celebrating my daughter’s birthday yesterday! The table was full of simple finger foods — fruit + veggie tray, pigs in a blanket, chips & salsa, brownies — plus two new recipes that everyone enjoyed:

✨ Meat Lovers Dip (made without Velveeta!)
✨ Layered Jello Cake (Bundt pan)

Both were a hit — the dip went fast, and the jello cake turned out so pretty!
