This video from https://youtu.be/JcTGkaGKp2I confirmed my desire to sit in a white painted room and meditate for three days - the second photo is the room that I will be in.

I want to enhance my perception of life - to be at peace with my mind and to feel accomplished - I am not sure of what the true effect will be but I trust there will be some positives after 30 mins - has provided me many tools to enhance my life and I believe this will be one of them - so I am MIA for the next three days - no phone, reading, writing.

Only going outside the room to:
1. Get ready for sleep and to go to sleep,
2. Prepare and eat two meals a day - only one tomorrow because it is ekadashi,
3. Help with an emergency or something like that.

Wish me luck because I am a bit nervous.

What is gravity?

Gravity is a force that attracts two objects of mass - like the earth pulls Deano, Jeremy, the waterfall and everything else in between, towards its centre of mass - as shown in the picture by their lack of floating.

How does that all work? Why are two masses pulled towards each other?

The current gravitational theory uses Einstein's theory of general relativity - masses distort the space time between them - the distortion or curvature, then affects the motion of the object.

We can usually calculate any particle's force of gravity using Newtons law of Universal gravitation - but we still don't know what is gravity.

Could the answer come from looking in nature? If our brains are the most important organs, why are they at the top? Why are people generally getting taller? How can a tall pine tree, as shown in the pic, sustain itself?
