Those mother felchers known as the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office KILLED a man just because they wanted their dicks to feel charged. Take down a man with a foot sweep, then handcuff him, throw him to the ground, break his neck, request an ambulance CODE TWO, shake him about, move him around, their expertise tells them he's on drugs and not paralyzed, then after a year bedridden in a hospital.... he dies........
And a year later, the SO still hasn't done any investigation into the case. These are the type of as***le which earn ALL cops a bad name.... it's a systemic problem... how many f'n officers were on the scene, yet none stopped the bouncing around of the paralyzed victim.
IMNSHO, all officers on the scene were BAD COPS. If an officer is not the solution, he/she is part of the problem.
Reminds me of the video I saw where a cop was dragging a suspect by his hair... and other cops were seen in frame heading in the opposite direction, not doing but not doing a fk. ALL BAD COPS!
