First Batch of Homemade Beef Jerky!
Took my first crack at making beef jerky, and I gotta say—I’m hooked. Huge shoutout to my friend for helping with a killer marinade recipe (made a few minor tweaks, of course). The star of the show? SGPR rub. That blend of salt, garlic, pepper, and rosemary took the flavor to the next level.
Smoked low and slow until it hit that perfect chew. Might have to start keeping a stash of this on hand at all times! Who else makes their own jerky? Any tips for the next round?
