I had a full week of content ready to go, but something about it didn’t feel right. Instead of forcing it, I just want to share what’s on my heart.

This season of life is crazy busy and crazy beautiful. I know I’ll look back on this in a few years and just be like…how did I do that 😂

But we do it. Everyday, with a happy heart. And it’s all thanks to the people in my circle. My family, my team, my clients, my community.

So today, I just want to express how incredibly thankful I am. Thankful for my family, my team, and the clients who let us be part of their story.

Thankful for the work we get to do and the impact it has on real people.

When you’re creating content, are you thinking about your customers… or your brand?

ChatGPT is really good at making word salad, and making YOU sound good… but what about them? You know, the people who actually support your business by handing you their hard-earned dollars? 🤔

Before you ever make another piece of content, take a step back and ask yourself these 3 questions 👇

1️⃣ What is my target audience actually going to feel when this lands on their feed?

2️⃣ Is this truly going to connect with people who find this on the explore page?

3️⃣If I was a customer, would this post make me take action? Help me feel connected? Build more trust for the brand?

If you can’t confidently say “yes” to all three, it’s time to rethink your content strategy.

I have a pit in my stomach sharing these 🙈

I’m naturally a private person, and unless you’re my husband or one of my closest friends, you probably wouldn’t know when I’m struggling. I tend to put my head down, handle it, and keep going.

But these past few years have stretched me, shaped me, and honestly, grown me in ways I didn’t expect, and mixed into the chaos were some pretty incredible things too!

Putting this together reminded me of something I forget too often:
you don’t notice how far you’ve come until you pause long enough to look back.

Every season, every setback, every big win… it all added up to where I am right now, and any time I hit a hard moment, I always try to ask myself...

What is this going to turn me into? How is this shaping me for what’s next? 🤔

So here’s to the things we don’t always talk about, and the things we forget to be proud of, because both matter.

Absolutely thrilled to officially announce KRISTINA! ✨

Kristina has been working behind the scenes since June as one of our amazing social media managers!

Kristina comes from a background in marketing of all kinds. She's had her hands in event planning, direct mail to email, social, ABM, and advertising. She believes the best marketing starts with empathy and a deep understanding of the people behind the screens (which is what made her SUCH a great fit for our team).

Kristina typically spends her days creating content, executing strategies, taking client meetings, oh, and listening to her little cutie play drums in the background.

She loves a good hot caramel latte while she edits reels ☕
