وزیر اعلی خیبر پختونخوا علی امین گنڈاپور کا صوبے میں سیاحتی اور تفریحی سرگرمیوں کے فروغ کے لئے ایک اہم اقدام۔
ضلع نوشہرہ میں 560 ایکڑ اراضی پر اسٹیٹ آف دی آرٹ سفاری پارک کے قیام کا اصولی فیصلہ۔ وزیراعلی نے مجوزہ سفاری پارک کے ابتدائی پلان کی منظوری دیدی۔

یہ پارک لاہور کے سفاری پارک سے دوگنا بڑا ہوگا۔ اجلاس میں مشیر ماحولیات مصور خان اور متعلقہ محکموں کے اعلیٰ حکام کی شرکت۔

تخمینہ لاگت: ساڑھے تین ارب روپے
تکمیل کی مدت: تین سال
متوقع سالانہ آمدن: 360 ملین روپے

پارک میں یہ سہولیات شامل ہوں گی:
- بوٹینیکل گارڈن
- برڈ انکلوژر
- ایوئیری
- کلچرل ولیج
- نیچرل ہسٹری میوزیم
- دیگر تفریحی و تعلیمی حصے

سفاری پارک کی تکمیل سے عوام کو تفریح کی مندرجہ ذیل سہولیات میسر آئینگی۔
- عوام کو معیاری تفریح کی فراہمی
- جنگلی حیات و نباتات کا تحفظ
- ایکو ٹورزم کا فروغ
- روزگار کے مواقع پیدا کرنا

اس موقر پر وزیر اعلیٰ نے ہدایات دیں کہ:
- اراضی فوری طور پر محکمہ جنگلات کے حوالے کی جائے
- منصوبہ ماحول دوست ہو
- گرے اسٹرکچر کم سے کم رکھا جائے .
- پبلک پرائیویٹ پارٹنرشپ سمیت تمام ماڈلز کا جائزہ لیا جائے
