The question is, are you ready to choose the bigger picture your goals

I made a decision in my early 50s to upgrade my life—I left a job where I wasn’t appreciated, I took the leap my own business as an independent dependent disability support worker
And I remarried even through after losing my mum when she had just turned 52 .This age felt uncertain, but I wasn’t going to let fear or regret dictate my path

Deep down, I longed for something just for me. I realized that if I wanted to live the life I dreamed of, I needed to take on something tjat was going to shift me.

I had spent 40 years living by the script—work, kids, a low return side hustle that afforded me the occasional holiday.
We invested in caravan for a real holiday for my husbands long service

A 5-month adventure across Australia that shifted everything.
How could we go back to working another 10 years before doing it again
That was my wake up call and I found another way.
I invested in my wellbeing that activated me a business automated so I could take travelling with me, even places like this. I had something that truly aligns with my values and supports women’s health, wellness while also helping them create a way forward for flexibility without sacrificing income.

It wasn’t easy—I started messy and shed a tear or two of self doubt —but today, I live a life where I work on my terms, surrounded by a team of incredible women who lift one another.

🌱 Don’t wait for permission to live the life you want.

There was a time when I felt like my life revolved around everyone else—work, family, and just surviving. I was an empty nester suddenly faced with the reality that I had nothing in place for me—no plan for personal joy, growth, or adventure.
