Xmas 2025: Christmas Vacation
Our Xmas episode for this year, and finally Scott gets the wheel in his favour, selecting Christmas vacation as the holiday film. An inspiration for Scott and his Xmas lights, this film has everything and more in just 100mins This is Chevy Chase dominating at his best and packs in so many jokes. So much fun. Hope you enjoy and have a very merry Xmas from all of us at Cinematic Leap

Was pretty pumped to see this tonight. Loved the original, so when I heard this was going to be different I was pretty happy with that.
Overall, good film. Probably not as fun as the original, this certainly had a darker robe, but still had some funny moments and good action throughout.
Overall, worth the watch.

Film 28 in Horror month, and it’s apparently the scariest movie ever! (Based on heart rate testing apparently).
Anyway, I thought it was really bloody good. Ethan Hawke is great In this, loved the story and, I think, the nailed the ending. A ‘there’s something wrong with the house’ film always entertains, as does an evil presence film which this does beautifully.

Absolutely worth a watch
