Over the weekend, I joined my church on a camping trip near Yosemite. Given my disability, I was unable to participate in tent camping, so I camped in my car instead. Thankfully, some wonderful friends offered me accommodation in their cabin for the majority of the trip. This experience turned out to be one of my most enjoyable trips with others, thanks to the loving and caring individuals who were part of it. I really needed this experience at this stage in my life, surrounded by caring, understanding and loving people.
