In today's video I show you our cool down exercises that I like to perform after hard training sessions so that I do my best to prevent injuries in Oli. Oli is such an energetic dog and imagining her to be injured is very hard. That is why I try my best to keep her fit and healthy and mobile :) Maybe these stretches help your dog as well!

[AD] On sunday I have shown you our little spa routine in the stories and I used this shampoo (WAP:3) from to wash Oli‘s fur. And I am really amazed how it turned out. I pretty rarely shower Oli with shampoo as I find most of them too stripping for her fur and it looks very dull when we used some. But this one is so gentle yet effective. Her fur is very soft and shiny since Sunday and smells lovely but not overpowering. And most of all it is not dry at all. Not much to say - just love! Their relationship is really growing these days and Oli is geting so much more cuddly. She wouldn‘t even pull her head away but completely relax in this hugs. Needless to say, my heart melted 😬😬😬

Happy Birthday, my little Olidog. I wish you all the best for the next year, lots of forest runs, training sessions, good food and long sleeps. I love you so so. so much. I remember how I couldn't wait for your first few birthdays to come and pass always hoping that you would be a little less wild, a little more behaved, a little more like a normal dog. Well, after three birthdays I buried these wishes and just realized you will always be this crazy and damn I love it. I love it that people who pass us in the forest smile and say "oh how cute, such a young dog" or those who ask how old you are, are completely taken by surprise when we tell them, that you are (now) six. That makes me happy every time. Your birthdays, however, are getting bittersweet and I wish they wouldn't show how time passes, because all I want is that you stay with us forever - this crazy and wild and life-loving.
Happy 6th birthday, my little dude. I love you!
