Jenn is a pioneer in this movement of sober-minded living. This is about making a conscious choice to be the best version of yourself, to live in an intentional manner and creating the life you want. Sometimes... that means living alcohol-free.

Jenn recognized that alcohol was causing some inner turmoil, and that it was taking up too much ‘space’ in her life. As such, she embarked on this amazing journey to create Sober Sis, a tribe of women who are gray-area drinkers. No labels, no all-or-nothing mentality, no horror stories of DUIs and jail stints. Just women who feel as though drinking is a bit more prominent in their lives than they want it to be.

Sober Sis is the place to find love, acceptance, and support when you don’t fit the stereotypes, but want to make a change.

After trading the hot lights of fashion in the pages of Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar for the radiating heat of the bake oven, Ashley took the prize in the TLC series Cake Boss: Next Great Baker. She then went onto Food Network’s Chopped, The New York Cake Show (2016 shoe category /2017 Best In Show) and placed second on Food Network’s Dessert Games and FYI’s Cake Fest.

However, one relationship had a significant spiritual and transformative impact in her early days-- her romance and friendship with the musical icon, Prince. This episode tells Devins journey personally and professionally, but we also deep dive into her time with Prince, as told in her memoir "The Day It Snowed in April."

New Season launches Feb 6th! Let’s Do This!

After attending the CFP Championship game, as a "Horned Frog" mamas, we had a long, disappointing drive to reflect on the bigger picture of things.

TCU, the cinderella story. The team that wasn't supposed to be there, and now the anecdotal "I told you so."

We challenge you that underdogs still matter. In life. Those who put themselves in the arena to fight insurmountable odds and leave a mark-- big and small. Those that wake up each day to try to be a "10," and through the naysaying and doubt, believe they can.

Georgia was the the much better team on this day and maybe every day. Sh*t...the size of their band rivals the entire TCU student body. But this was one game in a journey of fight. A journey much bigger than a national championship football game, and the reason why so many fans were galvanized (and polarized).

The underdog still matters and we all want to believe we have chance. And the titans still want to hold onto the fact that size, resources and the system will always come out ahead (and they normally do).

But look at the bigger picture in this small cinderella story of inexplicable odds that brought together families, a student body and a whole city to believe anything is possible. It gave us hope that kids actually go to college because of COLLEGE (cue in Max Duggen-- "Fort Worth or nowhere"). That it is important to love your school, develop lifelong friendships and navigate life with hope. We dare say we did not see ONE TCU student post anything about just football-- most captions said "I love my school."

We’d like to believe this story touched a little part of everyone's hearts, because it gave us the belief that with hard work, drive, team spirit and belief in ones self and the person beside them that ANYTHING is possible.

Our podcast journey is much like this TCU team and season. We threw ourselves in the arena where celebrity and big company "dawgs" dominate. But our underdog journey has brought along a community of storytellers and individuals that have created hope, inspiration and community. Some days we win. Some days we come up short. Some days we are demolished.

Long live with and for the underdogs.
