US Department of Health & Human Services filed for a patient number on Cannabis as a neuroprotectant in 1999. It was was awarded in 2003 and has since expired.

I think we've known about it since its discovery in the 90s by the late Raphael Mechoulam.

I'll bet the second THC is re or descheduled you'll here ALLLLL about the "new found discoveries of cannabis" (followed by an add on "CANNABOZENICA")
