The attention of Arewa concern Action Group (A.C.A.G) has been drawn to the continues mockery of arewa youths in the name of Ramadan gesture by the son of the President of Nigeria Mr. Seyi Tinubu. Where Mr. Seyi is seen in various Northern states sharing one shot of a mere plate of dinner in a take away pack to the vulnerable Northern Youths, whose future is filled with uncertainty because of the government’s lackadaisical approach towards creating or providing sustainable self reliance projects for the youths to flourish.

The group find it painfully “insulting” for the first son to ridicule his fellow youth with ordinary plate of food as a gesture of extending a hand of friendship across the North, or a bait for his father’s re-election in 2027 as we suspect. Instead of a plate of food, providing a reasonable sustainable empowerment for a short time support for the vulnerable youth will go a long way in cushioning the effect of the current difficult situations Nigerians are trapped in because of the harsh policies the government deem fit for Nigerians.

However, one of the Seyi Tinubu’s ally and a staunch APC loyalist Abba G. Has described Seyi Tinubu as a down to earth simple person who is seriously concern for the progress of the Nigerian Youth. Abba G. in his facebook live video post has alleged that Mr. Seyi Tinubu is being misled by the cronies around him, who always feeds him with lies about the true feelings of the grassroots Northerners who are pained concerning the denigrating plate of food sharing to our youths and the iftar dinner across the Northern states. Abba Abba G. has acknowledged that he has observed closely that Northerners are truly not happy with the food sharing and the iftar rally, and it’s doing more harm than good to the future political journey of the president Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

The Northern Nigeria has been battling with cumbersome economic growth due to the unfriendly economic policies of President Tinubu’s administration whi

MY 365 DAYS IN TOZALI TV:

*Farewell Note to the Management and Staff*

Da Sunan Allah, Mahaliccin kowa da komai.

I write this note with a heart full of gratitude & appreciation. It has been an incredible honour and privilege to serve as the Generwl Manager of TOZALI TV Abuja for the past 365 days.

My time here has been a truly enriching experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the vision and growth of this esteemed platform.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the management and staff for your support and cooperation throughout my tenure.

Each one of you has been a vital part of my journey, and together, we achieved great things. I am proud to have been a part of the TOZALI family, and the bonds we share will forever remain in my heart.

A special note of appreciation goes to Hajiya Maimuna, our CEO, whose sisterly care, guidance, and leadership have been a true source of inspiration to me. Hajiya, you have shown me kindness & support that I will forever cherish. Your wisdom and encouragement have shaped my journey, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Today, as I move on to a new phase of life, I will never forget the true family I found at TOZALI. The experiences, lessons, and memories will stay with me, and I will always remain available, just a phone call away, should you ever need anything from me.

TOZALI TV will always have a special place in my heart, and I will always consider you all family.

While I voluntarily resign from my position, I trust that the management will continue to thrive and that a new and competent leader will take the affairs. I am confident that at the next General Manager will build upon the foundation we've laid and elevate TOZALI TV to even greater heights than what I did.

To anyone whom I may have offended during my time here, I ask for your forgiveness. Please know that there was never anything personal.

And from my end, I forgive all. We are all human, and it is in the spirit of growth

Hon. Mai Mala Buni has once again been called upon to serve in a critical national capacity. Recently appointed as the chairman of a 7-man committee tasked with expanding the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Buni’s leadership prowess continues to earn him trust and recognition. The committee’s mandate is pivotal to strengthening the party’s structure and ensuring inclusivity ahead of future elections.

This new appointment is yet another testament to Buni’s ability to unite and lead without seeking power for personal gain. It reflects his established reputation as a leader who delivers results, strengthens institutions, and prioritizes the collective good.

Mai Mala Buni’s journey in politics has always been defined by destiny rather than ambition. During the Third Republic in 1992-93, he was in Lagos when a delegation of local politicians from his ward asked him to return home and contest for the position of councilor. He answered their call and contested under the National Republican Convention (NRC), winning by a landslide in a state otherwise dominated by the Social Democratic Party (SDP).

Following the inauguration of the Gujba Local Government Council, Buni did not campaign for any leadership position. Yet, the eight NRC councilors unanimously elected him as the Leader (Speaker) of the council legislature, despite the council chairman being an SDP member with only two councilors supporting him.

This pattern of being chosen without solicitation has remained constant throughout Buni’s career. He was unanimously elected as Yobe State Chairman of the Action Congress (AC) and retained the position when the party transformed into the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN). In 2013, he became the pioneer chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Yobe State when the party was formed, again without lobbying for the position.

In 2015, Buni was elected APC National Secretary, and in 2018, he was re-elected for a second term

Flood disaster: Zulum rolls out rice, grains for 250,000 beneficiaries
.. Cuts palliative distribution by 90%

Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, has rolled out food palliatives for 250,000 beneficiaries across the 27 local government areas of the state.

Speaking at the event on Wednesday, Zulum noted that the distribution was to mitigate the impact of last year's flood disaster which affected businesses and livelihood of residents.

The governor noted that while 100,000 people will benefit from the distribution in Maiduguri metropolis and the environs, over 150,000 beneficiaries will receive the palliatives from 25 local government councils.

He said, “We are all aware that our beloved state has yet to fully recover from the devastating flood disaster that recently affected Maiduguri, Jere, and other communities. Many families are still counting their losses.”

“I am deeply moved by the pain and hardship this disaster has caused, particularly for the most vulnerable among us, those that have lost their homes, livelihoods and even loved ones.”

“In preparation for the blessed month of Ramadan, today's event marks the official launch of the Ramadan food distribution programme, we aim to support 250,000 bottom poor. Among the beneficiaries, 100,000 are from Maiduguri and its environs, while an additional 6,000 individuals from each of 26 Local Government Areas of the state will also receive food assistance.”
.. Cuts palliative distribution by 90%

Meanwhile, Governor Zulum has announced 90% cut in the distribution of palliatives which were previously been distributed to the victims of Boko Haram insurgents.

Governor Zulum explained that the decision was influenced by the bumper harvest recorded from different communities across the state.

“Our perseverance has reinforced my belief that agriculture is not just a means of survival, it is a powerful tool for economic empowerment. As a result, the State Government is committed to creating an enabling envir

The Army War College Nigeria (AWCN) hosted the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Christopher Gwabin Musa, for a lecture on Nigeria's crisis response strategy.
