I had an absolute blast meeting the children of Christ is the word and being invited down to do an educational talk to the children about how I live the best life as a blind man and my recent achievements with the UK Blind Baseball team in Holland. I would definitely like to do more things like this in the future so if anybody is interested in me coming down to do some educational talks please drop me private message and I’m sure we can sort some dates out.

Coming back home with a silver medal after representing my country in the world Blind Baseball series has to be up there with one of the best days of my life. So unbelievably proud to be a part of that team and what we achieved out there, we were the massive underdogs and nobody expected us to even qualify through the group stage never mind get to the final. we went out there to make a statement and turn some heads and that’s exactly what we did, congratulations to Italy on winning the series which was fully deserved but I know we will be back stronger next year.

Just want to thank John, Nathan, Ian and Angie the coaches and helpers of the Great Britain team and all of my teammates, we absolutely killed it and beating the USA in the semi-final is by far one of the best moments of my life.

Amazing feeling. We held The world champions un favourite Italy to a draw with an amazing defensive performance from everyone.

France in the next game, a win and we will qualify for the next round.

Gutted to be missing the last training session with the UK Blind Baseball team before we fly out to Holland on Friday but due to work commitments I couldn’t make it so I made sure I get some practice at home with the Roberts Family team.
