A quick trip to Lubbock and I was greeted with a true west Texas wind and some of the kindest people I’ve met.

Kade Wilcox, Landon and Ben have been intentionally cultivating the soil with men in their community for years. What an honor to spend an evening with them.

Also, when I travel to new places, I’m reminded of the beautiful, historical and diverse country that we live in.

Our gathering was at the National Ranching Heritage Center. The history of oil and ranching in our country is fascinating.

is the real deal.

What a gift it was to have him join us recently at our KINSMEN: Table here in Springfield.

We leaned into our place as peacemakers and as ministers of reconciliation within our communities. A necessary and timely reminder for the often divisive world we live in.

Find tables to break bread and wrestle with the hard things. It’ll be nourishing to your soul.

Tomorrow evening this room will be filled with men at our next installment of KINSMEN: Table.

We’ve invited to join us as we lean into the often hard discussions surrounding reconciliation, particularly within our faith.

Whether racial, societal, or within family, the degree of our fractured and divided world is everywhere we turn.

We need spaces where we can wrestle with difficult things.

Hospitality will be on full display as we serve this community.

If you’re within distance of Springfield, MO, I have 2 seats that just opened up.

Message me if you want to join us. - Peter
