National General, an Allstate company Allstate
To those out there looking for insurance companies. NGIC who is owned by Allstate is not in the best interest of the customer. They delay, have unrealistic coverages for repairs. Let me explain why.
Over the course of the last 100 days your subsidiary National General has been the absolute worst insurance provider. Communication, Lack of professionalism, attention to detail, response time. I will continue to post more details as no one should have NGIC.
+100 days for window channel, side mirror, antenna. Not to mention they still haven't issued payment to the shops. Did I mentioned that they expected parts to be delivered in 3 days over the weekend and installed on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day? When I asked why they said it's the system which stops me from extending the rental.
Every conversation ends with it's in your policy yet when this whole process began no one advised. I asked for recommended shops, no one advised or provided. Then when it comes time for payment the are under the states average shop cost by over 50%.They are supposed to be a representative and have even blamed Allstate for the reason why coverages are so bad.
At one point throughout my policy they didn't respond to ANYONE for 12 days. 12 days. Then I hear the excuse that someone was out of office. That's great did you coverage aka your manager step in NO.
The shops that I have been working with will refuse to work with NGIC simply because of their communication skills and they don't care about how long the customer is without a vehicle or value you that time.
I have spent over 40 hours of my personal time trying to get the teams to contact the shops, myself the appraiser everything. For those looking for insurance stay far and clear from NGIC. Bad service, Bad Coverage, Bad company. BBB will be notified.
One shop who hasn't been paid.
One company hasn't been paid due to the transportation from one shop to another.
Now I am still without a vehicle 100 days later and all of this due to the negligence from NGIC.
For those out there looking for coverage and even home coverage, once my policy is finished and my car is returned I will be moving from NGIC and Allstate and will never go back again but hopefully my experience will help shed light into how terrible this insurance company is.
