Papa and Prasaduuu,
Happy 56th Anniversary Ammama and Tatha!❤️🧿
The story goes that you two are the foundation of this family! It all began when he saw her and fell for her—yes, it was a love marriage from Tatha’s side. Against all odds, he convinced his family members to accept her, and they married. (When they were telling me this story, I was hoping for some Simhadri movie-style fights!) No marriage is perfect, but the way you both have overcome challenges and raised three gorgeous ladies is a huge accomplishment.
You taught me that when you love someone infinitely, you should support them in every way you can. Despite having different personalities, likes, interests, and mainly religions, here you both are celebrating 56 years together. Thank you for instilling values, morals, and traditions deep into our roots.
Papa, sometimes we don’t see eye to eye, but that’s okay, because I definitely have a part of your personality. I still remember the day you took me to church and I went back home without telling you. You rushed back, and I hid under the bed. I remember how you dressed me up in a white dress for my school’s Christmas day festival and how you never fail to talk to me every single day.
Tatha, Sriha and I are blessed to have a granddad like you. You quit smoking for me, gave me showers, and bought me miscellaneous things from Suryam stores. I know that doesn’t make me your favorite grandchild—Sriha is always before anyone to you. The way you play with her, look after her, and talk to her makes your face glow like the galaxy.
We must’ve done some good deeds in our past lives to be your grandkids! Ammama, let’s visit Kakani totha more often, and Tatha, let’s go to Cream Stone and Starbucks after visiting Kakani totha!
