I was in the middle of a miscarriage on my birthday in 2021 when we took this picture.

I woke up excited about my big day not knowing what was waiting for me. I had gone to the sonographer to check the state of my baby at almost 13 weeks, and noticed she was checking something with so much frustration, and I could tell all was not well.

She looked at me and said "There's no heartbeat, and adviced I checked it somewhere else which I did, and it was the same result.

By the time I got back to the office, my husband had pulled a surprise for my birthday with cake and others, and I just had to smile through the storm to show my gratitude, and mask my pain.

I got home and broke the news to him but my husband told me it was my day, and he was taking me out to take pictures and eat even though he already surprised me at work.

These are the pictures below. We did not look like what we were going through at the time because we had each other's back, and today, God have exceeded our expectations

This is to encourage you going through a phase right now; it will pass.

God did it for her this morning. You are next in line🙏🙏.

📌How To Treat Kpekus Dryness Naturally.

Management of vaginal dryness can involve several approaches aimed at improving moisture and comfort. Here are some effective strategies:

1. Hydration: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, which can help maintain overall body moisture.

2. Dietary Changes: Incorporate foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids (like fish, walnuts, and flaxseeds) and phytoestrogens (like soy products) to support hormonal balance.

3. Regular Exercise: Engaging in regular physical activity can improve blood flow and enhance lubrication.

4. Moisturizers: Use vaginal moisturizers specifically designed for this purpose. They can help maintain moisture levels. Dont use anything that is not recommended.

5. Natural Oils: Consider using natural oils like coconut oil or almond oil as a lubricant during intimate activities. These can provide moisture and reduce friction.

6. Herbal Remedies: Some women find relief using herbal supplements like black cohosh or evening primrose oil, but it's essential to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplements.

7. Pelvic Floor Exercises: Kegel exercises can strengthen pelvic muscles and improve blood flow, which may enhance lubrication.

8. Stress Management: Practice stress-reducing techniques like yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises to help balance hormones that can affect moisture levels.

9. Avoid Irritants: stop the use of scented soaps, douches, feminine wash, and other irritants that can worsen dryness.

10. Consult a Healthcare Provider: If dryness persists, it's advisable to speak with a healthcare professional for personalized recommendations or treatments.

These methods can help improve symptoms naturally, but individual experiences may vary.
