Last year, I spent about $450 on a quick much-needed getaway to regroup and refocus. By day two, I was losing my mind. I wish I could say things worked out as planned but operation self care was a failure. Initially, I was going to delete a video I recorded of myself but I decided to share it as it’s part of my journey.
