*How far does he fall?*
Josh Jacobs was behind the eight ball for many fantasy owners since he isn't involved in the passing game. Now you add Kenyan Drake, who does the same things as Jacobs, with similar results. They both had identical stats last year; both of them had double digits touchdowns(Drake 10 & Jacobs 12). Both running backs ran for 4.0 yards per carry. Jacobs did have 14 more targets than Drake, but is there any doubt that Drake will cut into his touches, especially in the passing game. Now, this should drop his ADP significantly. Currently, it sits at #29, so you are looking at a running back who will be drafted in the third round. But remember, he is still a running back who will get 250 touches, and Jacobs is one of four running backs who averaged more than 18 carries per game. The other three were Henry, Cook, and Mixon. I like Jacobs as a late third-round pick.
