🩵In your hard times, God will comfort you and that comfort you receive will soften & humble your heart, so that you can share that comfort with others.

💛The new commandment Jesus left us with before he was crucified was to love others, just as he loved us. I wanted to remind you that loving others isn’t a suggestion, it’s not a nice thing to do- it’s a command. We are lovingly commanded to love others. To comfort them. To help carry their burdens.

🩵If you have struggled and you see someone struggling with the same thing or something similar, share the comfort God poured out for you. You don’t have to have the right words to say, your presence will bring God’s light & love and He will work through you.

💛Recently, I have been lovingly comforted by fellow mamas and military wives who have seen me struggling at times. I am so grateful for them and that God used them to show me love and comfort in a time I really needed it.

🤝We all know life can be hard, share in the hard with others and bring comfort & love with you.

“Joy in the middle of what is uncomfortable.”

🩶I have learned that faith is humbling in the best way. Joy in something that is uncomfortable would have sounded crazy to me 10 years ago. But through life’s trials I have realized Jesus is indeed joy in the uncomfortable and amidst the chaos.

⚓️He is the constant anchor of joy and peace when nothing seems joyful or peaceful in a hard situation. Cling to him always and especially in those moments.

🩶Allow his Grace to humble you in the hard moments- you are never forgotten. You are remembered, you are loved & he is protecting you always.

Today we REMEMBER & HONOR the ones who died for our country. The ones who never came home. The ones who forfeited a future for the sake of freedom.

🇺🇸We honor the Gold Star Families who faced the unfathomable horror of losing a loved one in uniform. With them, the service member’s memory, honor and legacy live on.

🇺🇸Today, set aside political differences. Stand in pride of being an American & not because of who is or is not in office. Men and women died for you…for the freedoms you enjoy every second of every day.

🫣It may seem scary when you feel God calling you. You might think you aren’t “ready”. Maybe you know he’s called you to something & the surrounding circumstances don’t feel “right”.

⏳Let’s be honest- we can come up with a thousand excuses and reasons to not step into something. There will always be something going on. Some thing that is taking up your time, keeping you busy, distracting you. But, that doesn’t mean God’s calling should be pushed aside.

📖Make room for it. Prepare for it (honestly, God has most likely already been doing that in your life without you noticing). Spend time in God’s Word pressing into your calling & when God prompts you-be strong and courageous when stepping into it.

🤝🙌Trust that He will go with you! His grace covers you and empowers you. Your purpose is to glorify Him & His calling for you will fulfill that purpose. He goes WITH you!

We look at two miracles Jesus performed with the apostle Peter and really take notice of the disciples reactions/feelings in them.

📣God is calling YOU. To a life with Him & for Him. He blesses you so that you can be a blessing to others.
