Hey Guys! A lot of you have been reaching out to me about visiting the island because you have been either reading or watching on tv about how visitors are going off on tourists, don't want tourists visiting the island, etc. It's not so much that the locals & residents don't want people visiting the island, but more so that they want visitors to be kind and respectful to the land and to the people when they are visiting. This video goes over some things I've learned from traveling all over the world and why I believe people on island are a bit frustrated with tourists. Also - I give some tips on what you can do when you visit the island to try and keep the peace and not land on a locals radar 😂 Link in Bio to Video! This video was made to answer some common questions I receive about Hā'ena State Park (Napali Coast/Kalalau Trail) from my guests. The main questions being about entering the park (permits/reservations) and luggage storage. There was an article just this week stating there are over 100 cars turned away DAILY because people don't know you are required to have reservations in advance to enter!

Hey guys!

I know this video is not my typical stuff, but then again, my content does discuss a lot of different things about my life and a big part of my life is health. I wanted to share this video since I know I have a lot of women who watch my channel and may be in the same boat as I was. I decided to fully go off of birth control after being on it for decades and my body - let's just say - did not respond well. I was completely unaware of the symptoms that came with going off the pill and one of the big things to hit me was depression.
I created this channel to share information that I feel could be important to share with others and I feel this information is equally important. So - if this helps even one woman - then it was worth it.
