One year ago today. We lost my sassy, funny, loving and fiery mother in law. She would always say I’m her daughter-in-love so I should say my mother-in-love. I never realized how much her and I chatted till I could no longer just call her or stop by after something frustrating, stupid or funny happened. We could bump heads like two bulls, but at the end she was always here.
She loved her sons fiercely and I know she’s immensely proud of them. She is the reason I have a kind, compassionate, overall wonderful and understanding husband. I know shes so in awe of everything that he’s pushed through, but at the same time she knows him and that he can do absolutely anything.
Today I’ll eat some white cake with white icing, have our favorite drink, watch some Harry Potter and play video games. All while thinking of her.
We miss you and love you lots.

You & me and a passport full of memories.
We are having a hard time saying see ya soon to all the places we have been. We are currently trying to figure out how to go back. We have missed streaming the past two weeks and so if you’re wondering where we’ve been… well we have been to 4 countries in two weeks and have loved all of it.
We missed northern lights so we have said we have to come back and see them.
Will photo dump soon. Until then enjoy these!

So yesterday was an absolutely brilliant day. After some canceled flights.. which led to canceled hotels and plans… we decided we would find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.. and by that we mean we decided to stay in London and we FINALLY got to meet some of our best friends! We spent the whole day with them, had a proper English roast dinner, had a pint in the most haunted bar in York, went sight seeing, had all kinds of new foods and chocolates, and we went to the York Dungeons. It was like we had known each other our whole lives. I cried as we said “see you soon” cause we will be back soon, but not soon enough. We can’t thank them enough for such an unforgettable time. A day full of laughs and sightseeing. They also helped us learn the train systems and guide us through Paddington station AND Kings Cross and the underground.
We love you Kam and James. Thank you for making the time for us on such sort notice. You two are incredible! 💚💜
We said Bye to London today. More updates to come on our travels but this needed its own post.
