How to apply as a freelancer if you have a fulltime job?
1. Go to your RDO. You can find your assigned RDO by inputting your info at revie.bir.gov.ph.
2. Get a number and fill up BIR forms 1901, 1906 (if you want to avail the service invoice booklet there), and request for doc stamps.
3. Submit your forms and pay for your doc stamps and service invoice booklets (and other booklets you might need).
4. Claim your Certificate of Registration (COR) and booklets.
5. YOU’RE NOW REGISTERED AS A MIXED INCOME EARNER!
What to bring:
1. Photocopy of valid ID with your address
2. Money
3. Ballpen
4. Book, games, phone while waiting
What you DON’T need:
1. Barangay certificate (unless you’ll use this as your ID with address)
2. Occupational Tax Receipt (OTR)
How much I paid:
Doc stamps (x2) - ₱60.00
Ordinary SI booklet - ₱1,800
