As you've already noticed our world is as dark as it was yesterday. So instead of dwelling on it do this instead...

*Open your Bible an pray through a Psalm.
*Go for a hike outside and appreciate God's creation.
*Read a book and relax.
*Hang out with some good friends.
*Spend time with your family around the dinner table tonight.
*Go out on a date.

Do anything other than dwell on the evil of our day. Make no mistake, it's a real and present danger; but don't panic. Trust in Christ.
