The joy of watching life unfold around me and capturing it’s essence.

Solo travel isn't about racing from one destination to another; it's about savoring the moments in between. It's a journey at your own rhythm, where you set the pace, and time becomes your greatest companion.

In a world that often rushes by, solo travel is a beautiful reminder to slow down. It's in those quiet, contemplative moments when you truly connect with a place, its people, and most importantly, yourself.

There's an art to the slowness of solo travel – watching the sunrise, wandering aimlessly through charming streets, and sipping coffee in a local cafe for hours, all without the constraints of an itinerary. It's about being present, soaking in the culture, and allowing life to unfold organically.

It's not just about the iconic landmarks you see but the stories you collect along the way. The conversations with strangers, the spontaneous adventures, and the serendipitous encounters that enrich your journey.

So, if you ever find yourself on a solo adventure, don't rush. Let the world around you unfold in its own time. In that slowness, you'll discover the profound beauty of the world and the depth of your own spirit. 🌏✨

Your highest self and truest essence of who you are is always available to you. It’s not some far distant version of reality that is only accessible during rituals and practices and extracted with spiritual guides and shamans. It’s simply waiting for you to tune in, listen, and open yourself to receiving your highest wisdom.

In a world full of noise and distractions, it can be difficult to connect with that inner knowing. Here’s a few ways I tap into that guidance and use it as my North Star to move through life:

🧘🏽‍♀️ Priming:
I start my mornings doing a priming exercise to set my intentions for the day, practice gratitude, and radiate love back out to the world. It helps me to focus on one thing at a time so I can fully open my heart to receiving all there is. I don’t have to try to experience my highest abundance, it just floods through.

🪽Speaking with my spirit family:
God gave me a great tribe of angels because they are ALWAYS talking to me. It’s in the confirmation I get from a stranger, in the angel numbers I see at the cash register, and in the surreal experiences that can’t be explained with logic or physics. I constantly feel them guiding me through this human experience.

🗣️ Talking to myself:
Ask and you shall receive. Sometimes I call out to my higher self and ask for help. I have no shame in admitting that I cannot do everything by myself and a little extra ✨Je-ne-sai-quoi✨ is all I need to fully let go and listen.

🌙 Cycle Syncing:
Cycle syncing is the practice of following certain lifestyle changes in the way we eat, exercise, self-care, etc. during each phase of the moon cycles. Since doing this, I notice how different a women I am during each phase and I am able to receive wisdom from each one. My ovulatory women is so creative and full of opportunities whereas my luteal phase women is more introspective.

🔮 Sound baths:
My favorite form to connect back to myself. With sound, I am able to relax into the music and instruments and put my mind to rest. So many times, I hear my inner voice speaking to me and the visuals I receive are truly out of the world.
