To expound this for you, the first thing that we need to always remember is that big investors have an enormous amount of experience, resources, connections, and network. ๐ค
I'm 100% sure before a big investor invests in anything they will surely tap first its wide business experience, the investor will surely have a handful of researchers that will help him determine the ins and outs of the business, and last thing the investor surely have some friends or business partners that has some insider information regarding the business. With all this data the risk is being reduced plus once the big investors invest in, they will add another value and network to the business. ๐จโ๐ผ
No matter how good the business idea is and how credible the founders but if they lack funding and capital, they will be outrun by other competitors who have the capital. Why? Because they have huge sums of money to accelerate the improvement of the company by hiring employees with great talents. ๐ฐ
