2025 was my year - LITERALLLLLLLY and I’m chalking it up to setting goals + sticking to them all year with GOAL BINGOOO (bc I’m a competitive bitch ok). I love this method bc there’s no daily rules, no guilt when life happens and progress that just keeps ADDING UP BABY!!!
