I make it a habit of walking everyday and force myself to get out of the minutia and step back into the universe. ⁣

Walking is both helpful for reflection and for peace. I ask for light and love and healing. I ask for calm. I ask for centering. ⁣

Sometimes brilliant content ideas strike me; sometimes I need to practice self-compassion; sometimes I tumble into long pep-talks about how "you are being too hard on yourself" or "list the things you are grateful for!" ⁣

When you let go for a moment, that space can be opened and filled with something that nourishes your soul.⁣
