Wow, is all I can say about the Men’s Mental Health and Wellness Summit we hosted yesterday on the campus of Wayne State University. It was truly a blessing to see 70 men come together and create a community. I have so many thanks to give out, that you will have to tune-in to our podcast “The Man-Ology Project to hear them all, lol.

It was a blessing to have my beautiful wife (Melissa)and children ( Quentin II and Carrington) by my side along with my brother (Carl), cousin (Nate and Janisse), my sons girlfriend (Jules), and a host of others assisting to make yesterday great.

Our keynote speaker (Shawn Smith) rock the house, and our moderator(Terrance Terrance L. Puryear) and panelist (Lin Lindsberg Pettway Desi Johnson II Jimmy Nelson, Dr. Kevin Scott) brought the wisdom and knowledge with practical ways to implement them into our lives as Men.

So please tune-in to our podcast the ManOlogy Project ( Every Thursday 7pm est.) to hear what we have coming down the pipeline this year, because we have some awesome things in the works this year to bring men together.
