Episode 54 of What Would Danbury Do? takes us to Benedict’s My Cottage, where distance from the Ton makes society’s rules feel surprisingly optional.

For a moment, Sophie gets to step into a life that might have been hers. Benedict, meanwhile, lingers in a moment of healing, curiosity, and possibility. But cottages are not forever, and reality is always waiting.

Back in London, the servants have discovered their leverage and the Ton is scrambling to keep up. Salaries rise, benefits improve, and maintaining appearances suddenly becomes very expensive. Francesca, of course, is still trying to find the elusive pinnacle.
