𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱…

That the majority of the time you worry, it’s really just a big kerfuffle happening in your head? 🤔

Like… in your mind, you make it way bigger than it actually is.

And if you'd just pause,
shift your perspective a little,
maybe zoom out,
or even got someone else’s take...

You’d see that the thing you’re stressing about, is actually so small in the grand scheme of things.

Hina and I talk about this often.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 ✨️

There were seasons where we’d sit in our stress, worrying about money, the kids, life, how to make it all work...

Whether we were doing enough, being enough, or even good enough.

But looking back… so much of that heaviness lived only in our heads.

We were fine.
We were figuring it out.
We just couldn’t see it at the time.

Because when you're in it, like really in it...
Your perspective gets clouded.

You start reacting to things that aren’t even real problems, just loud thoughts echoing off the walls of your mind.

But when we learned to zoom out… breathe… and talk things through?

That’s when everything started shifting for us.

That's when we were able to start improving our situation.

𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 🔥

And sometimes, the things that feel the heaviest just need a little light, a little space, and a new view.

You’re always one thought, one reframe, one deep breath away from seeing things differently.

𝙎𝙤 𝙞𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪’𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙩 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙬… 𝙠𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨:

You’re not broken.
You’re not behind.
You’re just in a moment that’s asking for a shift... not a spiral.

You’ve made it through worse.
You’ll move through this too.
You’re stronger than you know.

You can count the seeds in an apple, but you can’t count the apples in a seed.

That’s potential 🙌

You can’t see it all at once.
You can’t measure it with the naked eye.

But it is there 💯

Buried inside.
Waiting patiently to grow.
Waiting to be watered.

Just like you!

Too many people let doubt, fear, or the opinions of others:

🚫 Stop them from planting their own seed.
🚫 Stop them from backing themselves.
🚫 Stop them from stepping out of the comfort zone.

But what if you did?
What if you just took the next step?
What if you gave yourself a chance to grow?

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to start.

Back yourself.
The world doesn’t know what’s inside you yet.

But you do.....You know what you're truly capable of!

And if you nurture it…

Trust me, there’s an orchard in there.
Plus a heap of pride and prosperity too.

So block out the noise and back yourself.
Life can be so expansive, so rich and so rewarding if you choose.

They project their fears, their wounds, their insecurities... And if you're not careful, you’ll start to carry what was never yours.

So rise above it.
Keep building.
Keep growing.

Keep trusting the version of you that knows there’s more.

𝟱 𝗪𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗼 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗼𝘁 😅

Doing life and business with your person?

It’s beautiful… but real talk?
It can also test every part of your relationship.

Here’s what we’ve learned from deep in the trenches... the wins, the mishaps, the growth:

1. You’re Not Always Right (Even When You Are 🫣)

Ego is the fastest way to kill flow.
It’s not about being right, it’s about staying aligned. Learn to pause, listen, and choose US over being “right.”

2. Create Defined Roles

When everything’s “shared,” it can get messy.
Define who does what, play to your strengths. Maybe one of you is great with content, and the other thrives in strategy or backend stuff.

3. Don’t Bring Business to Bed

Set boundaries.
Business convos don’t need to creep into every meal, date night, or late-night pillow talk. Respect the relationship outside of the business.

4. Celebrate the Small Wins... Together

You’re not just business partners, you’re co-dreamers.
Celebrate progress. Reflect on how far you’ve come. Let gratitude be your glue.

5. When It Gets Hard, Remember Why You Started

It’s not always easy, but nothing worth building ever is... If it were, everyone would be doing it.
When the pressure hits, return to the vision you had together. Reconnect to the "WHY", not the wobble.

Because you’re not just building a business, you’re building a life. Together. And that right there is the real win.

This next chapter is called WE deserve this.

Life hasn't always been easy for either of us, but we ended up together for a reason.

We're learning how to love correctly, to appreciate EVERYTHING - especially things we never had or got to experience in our childhood.

We're here to:

🧬 Break generational cycles and patterns, especially around trauma.

❤️‍🩹 Heal generational wounds so it ends with us, and our grandkids don't have to carry it.

💸 Create immense generational wealth...
Not just for when we've gone, but to watch our mokos enjoy it whilst we're still here - creating an endless flow of it.

📈 Grow as individuals, as a couple, as a whanau.

Side By Side 👩‍❤️‍👨👫💞

Because everything we do is for our family... Past, present & future, for each other and ourselves.

And to be lighthouses, beacons of light...✨️

For all the families who want to:
BE better,
DO better,
HAVE better...

But have no idea that it's even available to them, let alone know where to start.

This is our mission, this is what lights us up 🔥

So when you see us happy, let us be happy.
You have no idea what it took for us to get here...

Just know that we deserve this‼📌💯

Have you ever noticed how realness attracts criticism, while fakeness attracts praise? 🤔

Because like attracts like ️💫

Those who are uncomfortable with truth prefer the mask, they prefer to pretend.

Because for them, realness is hard—so they avoid it instead! 🤷‍♀️

Whilst those who prefer authenticity attract those who not only prefer it, but appreciate it too. 🫶

That's us! 🙌

We value authenticity, truth, and realness—in all facets of it.

There's no faking sh*t for us!

Being inauthentic for us feels like nails on a blackboard—yuck!

Sometimes it's tough, sometimes it's ugly, sometimes it's hard—but such is life! 💯

Imagination transcends boundaries and limitations, allowing us to envision and create worlds beyond what logic alone can offer.

Today, I joined my daughter in her imagination—we played in her pretend yoga studio.

I did all the things she wanted to do, starting with meditation before our actual yoga sesh commenced.

The thing I love most, is that even after all these years, her imagination is still very much wildly at play.

Our imagination is a tool—it's where and how dreams take shape, solutions are born, and visions of a better world begin.

It's one of the most powerful forces within us.

Children are masters of imagination, creating worlds, adventures, and possibilities without limits.

But as they grow, society often pressures them to trade their boundless creativity for practicality.

But our imagination isn't something to outgrow and leave behind; it's a gift we should nurture.

When we encourage imagination, we empower the next generation to build a future beyond what we can see.

Imagination should be encouraged, not shunned or shamed.

My daughter's imagination is still wonderfully wild, free, and beautiful—and I cherish every moment I get to spend with her there.
