The Art of Savoring | Featuring: Noremac Chikk'n

I learned that messy food is often the most satisfying. You let go, you dive in, you enjoy. 🤭

We had Noremac Chikkn delivered to our Airbnb in Baguio — chicken tenders with fries and four dips (the garlic mayo is fave), plus 2-piece chicken with rice in buffalo and creamy parmesan. The tenders were huge, the flavors hit just right, and it honestly felt like a meal made for four (we tried our best 😂).

It was one of those no-rules kind of dinners, anime playing in the background, no need to be proper, just dipping, tearing, and savoring. Takeout that lets you be yourself. That’s the kind of food worth remembering. 😋

The Art of Savoring | FEATURING: SQ Thai Mookata

There’s something about this place that keeps drawing me back. Maybe it’s the comforting Thai hot pot or the al fresco ambiance that feels like a warm hug every time. On this visit, there was an acoustic band playing live, just for this special night. The music added a new layer to the experience, making the food taste even warmer and the moment linger longer.

I realized I actually enjoy eating more when there’s music in the air. It’s funny how little things like that can change how we feel about a meal.

But even when the band isn’t playing, SQ Thai Mookata still knows how to make dinners feel memorable.

Yesterday, I noticed a quiet kind of beauty. While other parts of Baguio lit up with a fiery orange sunset I thought I missed, I stayed in choosing stillness, choosing slow. ✨

Today, I looked back at a photo I took from our Airbnb balcony… and there it was. A rainbow. A soft pink sky. A different side of Baguio’s golden hour. And I realized, I didn’t miss it at all. 🌈

I’ve spent the past year creating UGC content and I’m truly grateful for all it’s taught me. I got to recommend beautiful places, capture details, and tell stories through visuals.

But somewhere along the way, I started rushing. Filming everything, even the smallest things, afraid I might miss a “moment.” But in doing that, I often missed the feeling, the quiet beauty, the stillness, the parts that actually moved me.

And if I’m being honest, I’ve been thinking about this shift for months.

So now, I’m finally choosing to slow down.

To notice more. To be more present. To document from a place of meaning, not pressure. The way light hits a wall. A line I overheard in a café. A moment that makes me reflect.

This page is shifting. Not away from sharing but toward something more intentional.

I hope you’ll stay with me for this next chapter. One that moves slower, but deeper.
