On Monday 1 July 2002, BAL Bashkirian Airlines Flight 2937, a Tupolev Tu-154 passenger jet, and DHL International Aviation ME Flight 611, a Boeing 757 cargo jet, collided in mid-air over Überlingen, a southern German town on Lake Constance, near the Swiss border.
All of the passengers and crew aboard both planes were killed, resulting in a total death toll of 71. But the deaths would not end there one more life would be taken when a grieving father and husband took the life of the person, he felt was responsible ...

n 1 September 1999 Dr. Yves Godard set sail with his two children, 6 year old Camille and 4 year old Marius. Set to return the sailing boat on 5 September - a blow up dinghy from the sailing boat it find on a beach with items inside from the Godard's. Coast Guard are notified and try to contact the radio on the boat and are met with no response. The search the doctor's car that is left at the port and found blood inside. An investigation is opened and they search the family home upon which they found A LOT more blood. The blood is tested and belongs to Yves' wife - Marie-France who no one had seen or heard from since 31 August. An international arrest warrant is issued for Yves and the search for the family intensifies. Over the next few months and years items from the boat and the family show up across the coast of France and England. But there are no signs of the boat itself or the family.....

On 6 November Hong Kong police receive a call that Robert Kissel a prominent businessman from the Hong Kong expat community has not been seen or heard from in 4 days. They immediately go to see his wife Nancy at their luxury apartment in the Parkview Private Estates. She claims to not know where he is and says the left after they had a fight. They interview neighbors. One neighbor tells them the story of a visit he made to the Kissels' on 2 November where he drank a special recipe milkshake made by Nancy and he was left incapacitated for a whole day. The maintenance men also tell the police of a foul smelling and extremely heavy rug that Nancy asked them to move to their storage room. Upon entry to the storeroom the police find the rolled up oriental rug with Robert's decaying body inside. But what lead to Robert's death?

On 30 March 2005 someone sees a leg with a sock on it, drifting in the Royal Canal in Dublin Ireland. They immediately phone the Gardai who send in their sub-aqua divers and find a further 7 dismembered body parts. The Gardai have no way to identify the person as the body is missing it's head. They send out pleas to the public for any information on the possibility of identifying the body. The body is later identified as Farah Swaleh Noor, a Kenyan immigrant who was dating a woman from Dublin named Kathleen Mulhall. His murder is soon linked to her and her two daughters and Charlotte and Linda. But what happened, what is their story, how did he end

Lindsay Hawker was a 22 year old woman from Coventry England, who decided to take a year of from her studies to teach English In Japan. There she would meet Tatsuya Ichihashi and she would give him an English lesson. He would lure her to his apartment and there he would s.a. her and kill her. Burying her body in a soil filled bathtub on his balcony. He would manage to evade capture for over 2 years by changing his face.
The murder of Lindsay Hawker gripped both England where she was originally from as well as Japan where she was an English teacher.

In March 2013 an 18year old girl by the name of Phoenix Racing Cloud Theron walks into the Fish Hoek Police Station in Cape Town South Africa, to report her mom Rosemary Theron as missing. Rosemary was a clown, face painter, stilt walker and actress, with a hippy, free spirit, bohemian lifestyle. At first, not much was made of her disappearance due to the lifestyle that she lived. But her friends and family never stopped searching. After 6 months, a break is made in the case, when someone reports that he knows what happened to Rosemary. And the culprits that committed the murder, might be closer to home than anyone might have ever suspected...

On 7 September 2014 3 year old Sarah and 2 year old Jacob Hoggle went missing, by the hands of someone that was closest to them. After almost 8 years their family still has no resolution.

On 30 November after 8 long years Catherine was still deemed incompetent to stand trial and all charges against her were dropped

A brief history of deaths in colleges and universities across America dating back as far as 1873 that can 100% be attributed to the practices of hazing. The causes of death are varied: asphyxiation, cardiac arrest, alcohol poisoning, brain injuries, drowning, electrocution, death by train, death by falling... the list goes on. But they all have one thing in common: Greek Life

Why is it that still after so many deaths and people losing their lives and loved ones, hazing is still not punished as severely as it should be. Until people are scared to haze someone, someone will still end up losing their life. Be part of the change and spread awareness. Share this video.

his is the tragic story of Christie Marceau. An 18-year-old girl from Auckland New Zealand who was murdered by her stalker, that was let out on bail after he kidnapped her. He came back for revenge, and she lost her life. This is another example of the justice system failing someone - This all could have been prevented
