The realization of Roberto Save Dreams Foundation's vision and mission is precipitated on our CORE VALUES of Transparency and Accountability, Mutual Respect, Teamwork, Passion, Commitment, Equity and Justice. They are the foundation upon which we build our lives and make decisions in our humanitarian activities.
Since the establishment of RSDF, being transparent and accountable has not only been a light brightening our pass, but it has also enhances the impact of our work, enriching staff motivation and bolstering our credibility with people, donors, and local authorities. We take pride in our core values and through them we have been able to gain public confidence and trust, thereby building a stronger relationship. For us as a foundation, public trust plays a significant role as a mediator in the relationship between accountability and our effective humanitarian services.
And as we continue adding colour to humanity of being a BEACON of hope to women, widows, children, orphans, people with disabilities and the less privileged, these core values (Transparency and Accountability, Mutual Respect, Teamwork, Passion, Commitment, Equity and Justice) are essential to us because they provide us with a sense of direction and purpose. They help us make decisions that align with our beliefs and goals, and they help us navigate the complexities of our work as a foundation. The same core values have also played a crucial role in our relationships with others. They continue helping us build trust, respect, and understanding, and they provide a framework for resolving conflicts and disagreements.
