As a student of history, I do know that greater countries than Nigeria had experienced disintegrations. No country has the power to stop agitation except the agitators. In every country that had disintegrated, one common tone amongst their leadership, is the attitude of talking tough even at the eve of the country's demise.
It is only the Biafran people that owns the solemn power to end the agitation. Even sentencing agitators, doesn't stop it!
