Binahagi ni Fr. Francis ang mga pananaw tungkol sa responsibilidad ng mga lider at mga botante, partikular sa konteksto ng mga halalan. Tinalakay nila ang kahalagahan ng tamang pagpili ng mga kandidato batay sa dignidad ng tao at ang pangangailangan para sa mga edukadong botante na may kaalaman sa track record ng mga kandidato.
