Recite this dua during the day of Ashura before maghrib prayers

Crispy Chicken Nuggets day 4

Ingredients:

Chicken 800 grms
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Egg 1
Paprika 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp

For dry coating:
All purpose flour 7 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp

For liquid batter:
Take 2 tbsp from the above-mentioned dry caoting
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Backing soda 1 pinch
Water 1/4 cup

Add all mentioned spices in chicken and then add egg and chop till a smooth paste is formed. Make nuggets with the mixture. Freeze them for 30 min so it sets properly. Now coat in dry batter, then in liquid one, and repeat the process if u need heavy coating. Otherwise, 1 coat is sufficient. Fry until golden brown on low medium heat so the coating gets supper crisp.
Serve with ketchup.

Mini Chicken Samosas

Ingredients:

Potatoes 4 medium
Chicken 200 grm
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chicken Cube 1
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Carrot 100 grm
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Green Chillies 2
Onion 1 medium
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp

Boil potatoes and mash them. boil chicken and shred it. add 4 tbsp oil in pan and add chopped onion, fry till color changes, add chicken cube, then add boiled potatoes, chillies, chicken, and shredded carrot, and mentioned spiecs. mix well. cook for 4 to 5 min and filling is ready.
fill in the samosa strips
lock with maida slurry
deep fry in oil and enjoy.
save for ramadan.
