I’m taking a mental health break to step back, recharge, and focus on my well-being. This pause is about giving myself the care and space I need to heal and regain strength so I can come back more grounded and ready to continue the work I’m passionate about. I’m truly grateful for everyone who has been here, for your encouragement, your support, and the engagement that lifts me up even on the hardest days. It means more than I can put into words.
