This weekend cracked me wide open.

Whenever I turn up, I turn up as my business. is me through and through - high energy, big laughs, the confidence boost you didn’t even know you needed. I love making people feel something - seen, understood, fired up to show up for themselves! That’s my passion and my power.

But this weekend made me so much more than just the business owner.

Delivering unlocked a side of me I wouldn’t have found without doing the healing work first. She’s the softness. The safe arms. The permission to pause, cry, breathe, and feel held. This weekend, I held women in my arms as they shared stories and a few tears. I held space for them. I reminded them (and myself!) that we are never alone.

It cracked my soul open in the best way. I didn’t show up as just a business owner - I showed up as just Alice. And it reminded me what a gift it is to share all of me with the world.

The high energy. The deep soul. The gentle healing hugs. It’s all me. And the world needs her too.l!

Thank you to the incredible ladies who let me do that. The perfect mix of high energy and gentle softness, just as it should be.

And thank you to the years of processing PTSD, the panic attacks, the anxiety, the depression and to the girl who worked through every bit of it to get herself here. What a beautiful journey it is to be here now, allowing her to live the safest and most incredible life. She really does deserve the world 🩷

Is it a roller banner… or a flute?😂

Someone asked me this a few weeks ago about my roller banner, the big pink printed one that comes with me to events. To me, it’s obviously a roller banner. It lives in its black carry bag, ready to pop up and do its job.

But to someone looking at it from the outside? It could be anything - a flute, a tripod, a small children’s tent… who knows?

And social media is exactly the same.

YOU know who you are, what you do and how you help people. But if you’re not showing it clearly… if your message is buried under vague captions, mixed signals or outdated posts… then your audience is left guessing.

And confused people don’t buy.

They scroll past. They move on. They pick someone else whose ‘roller banner’ is crystal clear.

So here’s your nudge today:

Today I am honoured to be judging the !✨ This time last year I was in the finalists’ shoes, nerves and all! I’ve handed out ALL of the cuddles and pep talks to as many of them as possible by supporting them at the interview masterclass and meeting so many in London last week!

Women don’t celebrate themselves half as much as they should. We downplay our achievements, brush off compliments and focus on what’s next before taking a moment to acknowledge how far we’ve come. Days like today are SO important to pause, reflect and truly own the magic of what we’ve built. Every single woman deserves to take up space and be seen in her power.

It’s going to be an inspiring day of incredible stories, triumphs and connection - and I already know it’ll make me feel extremely proud to be a woman in business. Wishing our finalists the best of luck, they’ve already won by being here and they are going to SMASH it 💖
