A full blown character assassination…

That’s what I’ve been navigating lately.
And I won’t sugarcoat it… it’s been painful.

I’ve spent weeks questioning myself.
I’ve gone inward. I’ve retracted.
I’ve been quieter than usual.
I’ve felt smaller.

Not because I forgot who I was but because I momentarily let someone else’s version of me take up space in my head.

These moments strip you back, they make you look at what’s really yours and what never was.

Today I spent the day in Birmingham at ’s Next Level Messaging Day and in that room I finally said what I didn’t realise I’d been swallowing: “I need to come back to myself. I need to reclaim my power.”

I almost didn’t go.
But I’m so glad I did.
Because in that space, I felt safe. I felt seen.

Somewhere between the honesty and the support, I remembered who I was before all this.

Real. Purposeful. Passionate. Electric. Me.

Not the watered-down version I thought I needed to be.
Not the one questioning if I’d made too much noise.
Not the one dimming her own light to make others comfortable.

The woman who built everything from courage and kindness.
The woman who leads with heart and integrity.
The woman who knows her truth and doesn’t need to defend it.

Playing small was never on my agenda.
And from this point forward, I’m done apologising for taking up space.

I’m coming back anchored.
I’m coming back aware.
And I’m coming back unstoppable.
Because when you reclaim your power - the world doesn’t need to adjust.

I hold my anxiety in my throat.
I hold my trauma in my throat.
Like a tight knot that’s sat there for years.

Today asked me if it felt like something was strangling my neck… she could energetically see it, pulling me. And she was right.

So today, in that room, I took an arrow to my throat and I broke it in two. Because I’ve had enough of carrying it.

, I still don’t have the words for what you created today. But thank you for holding a space where women could feel brave enough to go there. To be witnessed. To be courageous.

Intimate but mighty ✨

With so many of our ladies away on holidays, this was our smallest meeting of the year… but cancelling was never an option.

Because whether it’s 5 people or 25 people, the impact is still the same. The conversations, the unravellings, the insights into our businesses today went even deeper than before.

If you’re searching for a space where you’ll feel valued, listened to and fully supported, then is exactly where you need to be. It’s not just networking - it’s connection, encouragement and a community that celebrates you and your business every step of the way.

Forever grateful for the incredible women who showed up this morning. We may have been rarely small in number but still mighty in spirit 💫

Because SHE is an extension of ME.

Let’s talk about trust.

Tegan came into my business as an intern in January and in just a few months she’s earned a promotion and a pay rise to now my Social Media Assistant. She’s grown so much and she’s become such a vital part of AJP Social Studio and our growing team.

When asked me to shoot her event, I had a Pink Link meeting that clashed in the morning. So while I’ll be arriving by lunchtime to join in and capture the magic, in the morning it’s Tegan who will be there gathering everything we need, interviewing attendees and not missing a moment!

Because when she’s there - she is AJP Social Studio. She’s trusted wholeheartedly to represent my business, my values, my standards and me.

And I cannot stress enough how much I pour into my team - the training, the support, the culture we build together. Because their opinions matter. Because they deserve the spotlight too.

Seeing her confidence soar, putting her in positions that stretch her and push her out of her comfort zone… that’s my job. That’s leadership. And watching her rise is the best reward.

I had the most gorgeous time speaking at MIB Oldham this morning, huge thank you to for asking me to come and deliver a session!✨

We dived into all things Instagram and my Main Character Energy framework, but what really mattered was the reminder that business isn’t just about algorithms or aesthetics… it’s about being a good person. Because at the end of the day, people will always remember how you make them FEEL!

We talked about the power of humanised content (showing the real you instead of chasing perfection) and why moving the needle and showing up is always better than waiting for perfect!

To wrap up, we had a quick-fire Instagram account audit session so everyone left with tangible steps to set them up for success. The energy in the room was gorgeous and everyone left with so many notes to take home to implement!

From strangers to competition winner to coach/client to fully aligned soul business besties🙌🏻

The friend I never saw coming but one I clearly needed so desperately. Someone who understands the late-night voice notes, the rollercoaster of running a business, the celebrations, the tears and the soul-level “let’s do this together” energy.

Fast forward and on Wednesday we’re delivering our 5th intimate workshop together. Five times we’ve come together to hold space for women who, like us, wanted to feel seen, supported and surrounded by the right energy. Each one has been different, but every single time the magic of the room leaves us in awe.

A few months ago I interviewed Tilly and her words and story had such an impact on me. I teared up throughout the whole process, it made me feel so grateful for all of the GOOD being done in the world.

Having her as the Young Entrepreneur winner last night was an incredible moment to share. I am SO proud of her and all of the ladies in the category. The competition was TOUGH and every single one of the ladies are forces to be reckoned with. I cannot wait to see how they are all develop and thrive after this experience!
