* At 238 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 16 nm northwest of Bar Harbor to 7 nm east of
Islesboro to near Rockland, moving east at 35 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
Winter Harbor, Baker Island Light, Great Duck Island Light,
Southwest Harbor, Prospect Harbor, Bar Harbor, Bass Harbor Light,

The Downeast Sunrise Trail Relay Race ‘25 has 400 runners on the trail this Friday evening, overnight, and continuing tomorrow, Saturday, between Washington Junction (Hancock) and Eastport.
