This week, we had the chance to connect with Aimee Maaka ()! She's a proud wāhine Māori (female Māori person), currently residing in Te Whanganui a tara (Wellington) Aotearoa (New Zealand). Aimee has a background in Social Work, and has spent many years working in communities with young people and adults subject to the criminal justice system in Australia, Aotearoa (New Zealand), and the UK.
