I have to say, the last few years, I have been fishing the SaltX line exclusively and I have been impressed. There were some hiccups with the gen 1 SaltX reel but with some tlc, it is still catching fish 4 years later. The rods are the best at price point and the SaltX 2nd gen line stands out.
