To tell y’all I haven’t been struggling mentally quite a bit for a long time would be a lie. This year I am trying to prioritize not only my spiritual practices but winding down and just taking time each day to really rest my mind and try to let go of day to day stress. Some ways I’ve done this are digital art and coloring while listening to nature sounds , sound baths , meditations etc while doing so. And of course the doggo cuddles are a bonus 🤗 share some things you do to destress or unwind in the comments ☺️❤️
