Restless Planet Restless Planet is the passion project of Bunny Ross, Interwave Surfer, and Mas. We are a local label with scalability at our core.

Founded by Bunny Ross, Interwave Surfer, and Sojourn, Restless Planet sources and promotes captivating local and international music, connecting the PNW underground with global dance hubs through quality releases and vibrant parties. Our label is based in Seattle and intends to release music from our local community for consumers in and beyond the Pacific NorthWest. We intend to support our local

community through collaborations, high-quality releases from within our community, and creative events. RPR is a platform for our community and our individual and collective productions. At our core, we intend to create and promote high-quality dance(able) music that is memorable, non-formulaic, creative, and unexpected. As a label, we embrace the playful, tastefully quirky, and irreverent. We are serious about the music we create and releases being creative and meaningful. Beyond our music, we aim to foster community and provide memorable, engaging experiences for our artists, fans, and friends of the label. We want attendees of our events to leave feeling they’ve gone to another place and back, even if just for a small time. We are a support network for the founding members of LRR and our community, and our ambitions are driven by an honest desire to build a label from the heart, be inclusive, non-commercial, quality-driven, forward-thinking, and looked at by our consumers as the go-to label for unpredictable, compelling music.

Our last Sunset Lovers of the summer approaches. We couldn't be more delighted to have shared that space with all of you this season.

Our dear friend ( Craig Cheatle) captured these beautiful moments 📸🌎

September brings one more rooftop. One more time to shine. A golden hour send-off with the city at our feet and the sound dialed in.

We lined up a mix of voices to guide the evening: Spindola opening with her curiosity-driven selections, Sean Fuad and Jono trading grooves for golden hour, Julie Herrera bringing her decades of house wisdom, and Eliogold closing with originals and unreleased cuts.

The rooftop has been glowing all season. Let’s close it out together.

This Friday at Monkey Loft, we join Hunt & Gather for a special night with house music legend Chez Damier.

Chez’s story is woven into the DNA of dance culture, from Chicago to Detroit and beyond. As co-founder of Prescription Records with Ron Trent, and through collaborations with Larry Heard, Derrick May, Kevin Saunderson, and Moodymann, his work defined an era and continues to inspire generations. For us, getting to the roots of dance music means celebrating figures like Chez.

Our mission has always been to connect global sounds with our PNW roots. Friday is exactly that, a house originator upstairs with local house legends Hunt & Gather, and our own curated journey in the Loft.

Deepika b2b Interwave Surfer - opening with fresh label material, bringing the RP sound to Monkey Loft for the first time with charged electro-house selections

Jennifer Spektor - a rising voice in Seattle’s leftfield and experimental house/techno scene, with sets on The Lot Radio, across the PNW, and a residency at ParticleFM. Expect forward, curiosity-driven picks that shape the night’s narrative

DJ Having S*x - a peak-hour force in Seattle’s underground. Known for razor-sharp electro and club-driven selections, curating global artists locally, and helping grow our music scene at large. Recently highlighted with a standout river set at Impulse Festival, and by PNW Peace Portal as “one of the city’s most fearless selectors, balancing precision with raw energy”

Atzi Ren - with roots in LA, a 22-year veteran of the decks and cornerstone of Seattle’s techno community. From basements to warehouses, her sets always hook us in. With an upcoming gig alongside Marcel Dettmann in October, there’s no better closer for the Loft (yes, Dodgers fan, but no baseball reference here)
