Fourth of July weekend: Officially a multi-day event for pet terrorization! 😩 Our dog spent Friday night hiding from the endless fireworks barrage. So, when Saturday evening started sounding like another alien invasion, we initiated "Operation: Get Out of Dodge!" 🛸

Seeking refuge at the I-10 rest area, we found some peace (mostly!) and a seriously impressive view of the Las Cruces skyline at night, with our favorite "Recycled RoadRunner" standing guard. 🌃 It's not quite a spa day, but it beats constant booming! How did your pets fare? 👇

My Gladiator and its new Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T 255/85/17s demanded a proper photo shoot with the best backdrop in town: the mighty Organ Mountains! 🤩 They're looking so good, they might just start attracting their own fan club. 😉 It's hard not to show off when your "pizza cutters" are this handsome and capable. Ready for anything this landscape dishes out! 🍕🔥

Well, this is just showing off! 🤩 Spotted this incredible rainbow over the Organ Mountains during my bike ride across the Las Cruces Dam today. Years ago, after visiting Provo, Utah, I dreamt of living in a town with a mountain view this spectacular. Turns out, Las Cruces was hiding my mountain paradise all along! 😉 These Organs are so magnificent, they're practically visible from my coffee cup. Everywhere you look, there they are! ⛰️🌈✨

My solo overlanding trip to California's stunning Piute Mountain promised breathtaking views and a secluded 6,000-foot campsite overlooking Mount Whitney. 🌄🌲 And while the journey was epic, things quickly took an unexpected, heart-stopping turn!

What started as a dream trip turned into a true challenge when my Jeep Wrangler EcoDiesel and Xventure off-road trailer got stuck in deep snow on a treacherous, narrow mountain road. 😬 You'll see the tense moments as I had to disconnect the trailer, spin it around on a tight ledge, carefully maneuver the Jeep, and then re-attach for a harrowing descent.

This video isn't just about the panoramic scenery; it's a raw look at an epic solo recovery mission that pushed me to my limits. Learn from my experience, see the beautiful (and challenging) terrain, and witness how I got out alive! 💪

One minute you're conquering Las Cruces desert trails, feeling like a boss... the next, you're underneath your Jeep finding unwelcome surprises! 😂 My love affair with 4-wheeling just got real when I spotted a leaky shock during an oil change. New tires, who dis?! 👋 Our Gladiator EcoDiesel just got the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT (255/85/R17) treatment. These "pizza cutters" are tall, narrow, and surprisingly quiet after 32k miles on the Nittos! So different on the road. Ouray, Colorado, we're coming for you this fall to see what they can really do! 😎 (Yes, tires are exciting AND expensive! 🤑)
